Yoga Classes and Workshops in France with Prana Navina Yoga

Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga Retreats, Workshops and Classes in France,  will give you an all over workout to improve flexibility, strength and release blockages in the body, clear the mind and connect to the moment using positive visualisation. Each posture will be guided by Tandy’s relaxed fun style, as she helps you re-connect the mind body and spirit as she brings your awarness back into the body. She will also focus on the alignment of the pose, and uses gentle adjustments where needed, and moves you through the sequence with the breath until a closing Shavasana meditation or Yoga Nidra.

Tandy is a registered Yoga Elder with the International Independent Yoga Network, which represent the highest level attained in teaching yoga, achieved through extensive training and teaching experience.

Weekly Yoga Classes:

Tuesday morning: St Claud: Salle de Annexe, Charente France.

9.30 am Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

This class is suitable for people who are injury free and with a reasonable level of fitness. You do not need to be familiar with Yoga, as each posture is thoroughly explained, but you do need a reasonable level of fitness and muscular strength. Please contact me prior to attending this class if you have any questions regarding the level.

11.00 am Level 1:

This class is suitable for beginners, people with chronic injuries or low level of fitness. It is a gentle class which aims to slowly strengthen and increase flexibility. We concentrate on building core strength to help protect and heal the body.

Monday Evening: Empure Salle Des Fetes

6.00 pm Level 1:

This class is suitable for beginners, people with chronic injuries or low level of fitness. It is a gentle class which aims to slowly strengthen and increase flexibility. We concentrate on building core strength to help protect and heal the body.

7.00 pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

Thursday Morning and Afternoon: Ruffec. TIC Estate Agent Conference Room

9.30am: Restorative Yoga

10.45 am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

This class is suitable for people who are injury free and with a reasonable level of fitness. You do not need to be familiar with Yoga, as each posture is thoroughly explained.

2pm Healing Yoga:

In this class we will be looking at how postures, breathing techniques, positive affirmations and meditation can aid the body to heal both emotional and physically. You do not need to have experience of yoga for this class, just a desire to take control of your healing.

Through yoga, you can release the emotional toxicity stored in the body. Just as changing thought patterns can influence the body, changing the position of the body can influence the mind and facilitate emotional release. As you stretch your muscles and expand your range of motion, you shift the bodily patterns that trap emotional pain. Yoga poses, breathing practices, and meditation release the constriction and free the flow of the vital lifeforce energy known as prana.

Drop in price for any class is 7 euros.

Or you can buy a card of 10 sessions at 60 euros to use in any of the classes, but must be used within 3 months.
